This website is operated by MI MARKETER LLC (“MI MARKETER,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains what information we receive from visitors to this website and how we use it.

This website does not currently have an on-site contact or intake form. Instead, every “Get a Free Marketing Plan” button leads to a contact section with two options:

• Text Us opens your device's own messaging app, addressed to our business number.
• Email Us opens your device's own email app, addressed to our business email address.

Both links simply open an app already on your device. Nothing is submitted to us, and we receive nothing, until you choose to actually send that text message or email yourself.

When you voluntarily send us a text message or email, we receive whatever you choose to include — typically your name, contact details, business information, and the details of your request. We do not ask for or require any specific information beyond what you decide to share with us.

We use the information you send us to:

• Respond to your message and answer your questions;
• Prepare marketing-plan information and recommendations for your business;
• Communicate with you about services you've asked about or engaged us for; and
• Maintain ordinary business records of our communications.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising directed at you on other websites or platforms. Reaching out to us once does not sign you up for ongoing or recurring promotional emails or text messages — we will only follow up about what you actually contacted us regarding.

MI MARKETER does not currently add analytics software, advertising pixels, or non-essential tracking cookies to this website.

Separately from cookies and tracking software, this site is served through third-party hosting infrastructure, which may automatically record routine technical information — such as IP address, browser type, and access times — as part of standard web server operation and security monitoring. This information is not used to identify individual visitors for marketing purposes.

This website does not currently offer customer account registration or a customer login area.
